Kenyan Nights #6 - Round and Round We Go

Today's Kenyan Way consisted of four very short loops (up and down a hill). We ran up the hill quickly, and down slowly for five minutes per hill, with a 2:30 break between loops. I found myself in the fast group, and got lapped a few times by the pros, but I was still in the top half. Sean said this was the hardest workout to date, so I may have been taking it a little to easy until the last course.
